1. For appropriate assignments we will agree with you the services that you will receive, the delivery timetable, costs and payment terms.

2. You will have a Client Services Team assigned to you, ensuring that the appropriate expertise and experience matches your specific requirements.

3. All communications from or on behalf of our clients will be responded to in a timely manner, with telephone calls returned within 4 hours, e-mails within 24 hours, routine correspondence within 5 working days and techinical correspondence within 14 working days.

4. All client business is handled in the strictest confidence, above and beyond the standard professional guidelines.

5. Where appropriate we will provide our clients with additional business advice or recommendations in response to changes in market conditions or tax regulations.

6. We always welcome feedback from our clients so that we can monitor the quality of the service provided and respond as appropriate. 


The Calverley Fee Structure

We operate a policy of no surprises. Where possible we will agree our fees and charges with you for consultancy work in advance.
